Being a kid and being with Elysa. We wouldn't spend our sleepovers gossiping or crying over silly dramas or breakups. We would literally; get out her beanbags and practice falling into them. We would play pranks on her older brothers, paint our faces and make the biggest whipped cream mountains we could. We didn't really care about anything and we didn't really feel like growing up :( best memories hehe

but loving yourself, like honestly accepting yourself is so healthy and so great. Whether you're fat or skinny, if you can't love yourself for yourself now you won't be able to love yourself once you've lost the weight you want or you look the way you wish. (I'm about to sound just like my mum for a second but...) getting outside and going for a small walk/ just beginning to get into a routine of doing little things like that, small walks or going for swims etc. are soo helpful for getting fitter or to get your mind off things! i hope this helps but I mean this, you don't have to lose weight to be healthy. you is fabulousssssss. hope this helped, have a great day xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
