What did you do to lose all the weight ?
Exercised and ate healthy tbh. I did start doing the Michelle Bridges 12WBT, then i quit after 3 weeks, and just did it myself. I counted my calories, so I was eating about 1200-1400 per day (well thats how much i was supposed to be eating, most times i'd go a tad over). For the exercise, I'd go for a 20 minute minimum jog or longer. If I felt up to it, I'd so some squats and other stuff like that ahah.

more like they did start hitting on me. no one had hit on me before i had lost the weight. (shows how shallow some men are tbh)

I'm not 100% sure how much a weighed when I started, I was between 75-80kgs. Then I got down to 58kgs, and I'm currently at 60kgs. So I lost about 20kgs. It took about 6 to 9 months I think (tbh I can't really remember exactly).
