Okay, so i have friends who self harm. The best thing you can do is be there for them. And i know that sounds stupid but ask them if they want to talk about it, and if the are geniunely okay. If they dont want to talk about it, DO NOT force them to tell you. Make an effort for them. Inbox them, call them, talk to them just be a nice person try make them smile, because sometimes one smile can change a persons whole day.
