I’ve lost many good friends from my habits and I don’t want to mention any names because I still respect people’s confidentiality. It really does s*ck when you lose friends that you thought would be around for a really long time especially. If they left because I had a really bad addiction that I have now overcome then that’s there problem, there are many people out there willing to be my friend with my past and who would stick with me even if i still had a problem with using. So to answer your question yes I have lost friends because I was using and going through a horrible time in my life but I’ve still got many friends who stood by me through all of this and helped me overcome everything.
