Okay wow. Imma stop you right there. I did not intend for that post to seem like I disrespected the teacher . The video reminded me of a moment in class. I shared it for the other students to get a laugh. I'm doing quite well in that class and have a higher grade then most of the others. I adore charlton, I can't learn well with his teaching style but he is a good teacher. I am starting to ask for help more from him and I understand the work. It was never supposed to be a huge disrespectful thing. i think you took it the wrong way.. if It was to be disrespectful I would take full blame but that's not what was meant by it. I apologize if you feel I was disrespecting him in any way. It was not supposed to be taken that way.

how did u lose weight
A few different methods. Basically I cut out all junk food and made a mental note to only treat myself to it maybe twice a week. My room was moved upstairs requiring me to do stairs literally everyday. I make sure to quickly do a jog up them and always find an excuse to go up and down them. And for a short time I did cut back a lot on what I ate. I do my best not to snack and usually eat 1-2 meals a day(: I make sure I have all my nutrients and stuff, and now I'm back up to a solid two meals a day (: I walk when I wanna go somewhere , or maybe skateboard a little. Basically just take good care of my body. (: And yes a bit of starving which I realize isn't great.. but it's hard to get out of (:
