Well it's funny that you say that anon, as for the past couple of months I've randomly put on a lot of weight & never really felt like going out of the house & I'd constantly put myself down, I used to feel confident, but now I honestly feel ashamed, but at this moment I'm trying to loose it & I'm concentrating on my fitness, but who cares you know? It's my problem, my body, my weight, not yours.
