Oh gosh, I deal with this a lot as I get uncomfortable incredibly easy, but really I suggest attempting to surround yourself with people who make you feel positive and could possibly distract you from the negatives of the environment. School can be tough and obviously it isn't always an ideal place, but I also suggest focusing on your education (lmao hypocritical of me as I left, but whatever) If its beyond that and it is something that is actually having an impact on your mental health, then I suggest you speak to a trusted adult about it. :)

First of all, thank you! And honestly as cliche as it sounds, practice makes perfect! I've been singing in front of people since I was about eleven, it's normal to be nervous at the beginning. Make sure that when you're performing you have some loving and comforting people with you, it really helps to feel others positivity. :)
