I wouldn't say lost weight, as such .. But I have definitely seen the change with not being/looking bloated and all just the dramatic great feeling from changing to this lifestyle.

Hey if you're a vegan what do you eat? And how do you get all your vitamins and stuff like iron and calcium and vitamin b 12 and stuff
Inbox me- I eat everything besides things that contain animal products basically that's what vegan is.. The only vitamin I take is Vitamin C- but other than that I just get the vitamin from foods I eat.. For iron and proteins I eat quinoa and tofu/ beans lentils... For Calcium tofu is also good for that, a lot of greens and oranges..
