How long have you roleplayed Misaka for?
About as long as I've been on ani. The first accounts I ever made was Kyouko, Erica Hartmann, and the Joker. Like a week after I made Misaka. I couldn't even tell you how long it's been now. Feels like forever.

Does Misaka have a limit or weakness in her powers and fighting ability?
Not that's been shown. Her only real weakness is that she holds back like 90% of her power in most cases. She rarely ever goes all out, hell we haven't even really seen her go all out. The closest we've seen of Misaka actually letting loose she was able to create a massive kaijou out of iron sand and metal that dwarfed the surrounded skyscrapers in size. She was able to fully control it with little effort and it had it's own super railgun it could use. She was also able to create a giant A$$ storm cloud that covered nearly all of Academy City.
It's hard to say what her limit really is. We simply don't know. She purposefully limits herself in order to avoid potentially hurting anyone. One time she got mad, she accidentally knocked out all of the power in Academy City in an instant. Which is impressive considering just how big the city is and how little effort she did it in. She's shown so far no limit to the size of what she can use for her railgun either. As she was able to use a several story house sized mecha as ammo for it with no visible sign of strain at all, and it's confirmed that she can rapid fire her railgun up to 8 shots in a minute and can even use it like a shotgun. Honestly, what makes her power so damn dangerous is that she's unbelievably well rounded. People often think of Misaka as just an electric user but they fail to realize what it means by her being an electromaster.
Misaka has total control over all electric and electromagnetic properties. If it's electric or magnetic she can fully manipulate it. Not only does she have her electricity, she can also call down lightning strikes, create massive storm clouds, create all kinds of constructs out of iron sand, manipulate what the iron sand does, cause oxygen to explode, use her railgun move, manipulate a person's own bioelectricity, easily hack any computer or device in the world, is immune to being mind controlled due to her AIM field properties, can magnetize anything or de-magnetize anything, and honestly I could keep going. She has zero blind spots thanks to the fact she has an extra sense that allows her to pretty much notice any disruptions in the electro-magnetic spectrum. Meaning you literally can't catch her off guard. Misaka is a damn monster in a fight thanks to just how diverse her powers really are. She has no real weaknesses in her power and she has shown to be able to summon lightning and electricity as powerful as a billion volts. Plus it's rumored she can go beyond that.
The closest thing Misaka has to a real weakness is her impulsive attitude and anger issues. She's really easily annoyed and quick to retaliate. Plus she doesn't always think things through properly.

Saitama vs Accelerator?
/Hmm, while a lot of people don't often dignify these kind of questions. I'll give it a shot. We have to look at feats between these two as well as general physics. Judging by the fact we have never seen what Saitama is capable of fully nor will we ever. We have to just assume he's Superman level. Not, the question on this fight is whether or not Saitama would be able to physically touch Accel. If this is pre-injury accel then he's untouchable unless he wants to be touched. Physics simply make it impossible for anyone to touch him since he'll just reflect the vectors away. If I had to guess, my personal thoughts on this fight is that It's a draw unless Saitama like destroys the planet since Accel needs oxygen still.

What is Misaka's destructive capacity without the suicide attack?
/The suicide attack? Do you mean her level 6 form where she explodes with a supernova explosion due to being unable to sustain a true level 6 form? Well anyways,, her destructive capabilities are pretty high actually. Level 5s are all wildly powerful. Misaka being the third strongest is a good testament to her power. She was able to casually wipe out an entire russian military base with an iron sand tsunami. Outside of that, she's been shown to create a super storm that is bigger then all of Academy City, she can summon a massive skyscraper sized construct made of iron sand, metal, and electricity, it has it's own version of her railgun that is immensely strong. Outside of those examples, her railgun has so far been shown to not be restrictive on the ammo she uses for it.
Keep in mind that the only reason Misaka uses the arcade tokens for ammo for her Railgun is because they aren't nearly as lethal or destructive. They only have a range of 50 feet before they burn up. The Academy City scientists have stated that if she used metal spikes her range, power, and speed would be massively increased. She was shown to be able to use a massive several story sized mech as ammo for her Railgun in season two of the anime. She showed zero struggle doing it and was able to fire it with enough force and speed to intercept a missile coming at Academy City. Mind you this was fired off into space at a missile. Considering the speed and sheer force of the mech she used, there is no telling how much sheer destruction that would do to the surface. Not only that, but due to being able to seemingly use any sized chunk of metal as ammo, she could arguably use up to at least a small several story building chunk of metal as ammo for it. Imagine how much power and raw destruction a structure of that size being fired at several times the speed of sound. Just the force from her using a small arcade token has enough raw power from the initial firing of it to blast out all the windows around her and leave massive streak craters in concrete. No telling how much raw energy would be output from her firing that big of a shot.
Looking past her railgun move, she can also fully manipulate and summon lightning at will. Being able to pretty much rain down literally thousands of lightning bolts with no issue. A single lightning strike can split a tree straight down the middle and that's with an average voltage. She can create lightning strikes with up to a billion volts of electricity. That amount of energy would pretty much turn a rock into melted slag. Considering lightning is hotter then the sun she could probably reduce an entire city to ash and fire with just lightning. Outside of summoning lightning, one of her more signature moves is something called a lightning spear. She creates a strong electrical force around her forehead before firing of a bolt of pure electrical energy that is roughly a billion plus bolts. That itself would cause immense damage to anything in it's path.
Last but not least. She can create plasma. She is able to turn cans into heated plasma through ionizing the metal. Arguably using her power she could likely create a massive ball of super heated plasma. Considering how much destruction plasma is capable of, if it's true she could do this. She could quite literally make an entire city vanish into a melted crater from a massive plasma ball. However, the sheer heat being generated by this along with the blinding light would likely incinerate the esper or blind her unless it's true she's immune to heat from her powers. Since she can casually ignore the raw heat being generated by over a thousand volts of electricity being fired right in front of her while also not losing her vision, it could be possible that she's not effected by that. But that's all hypothetically speaking.
Anyways, to answer your question. Misaka is extremely dangerous and can easily wipe out entire cities with no issue. Depending on the size of her railgun ammo she could maybe even cause damage on small island scale or higher but that's hard to say since we lack the evidence to really speculate currently.

Does Misaka move in light speed?
/No lol she doesn't. Her physical characteristics are peak teenage human with abnormally high stamina and endurance. Due to her electric powers she has a suped up version of spidey sense. She has zero blind spots, can instantly map out an entire building, and detect any movement or disturbances. Her senses can be amplified using scattered iron sand particles. Her record feat with her radar sense was being able to fight against an opponent who could move several times faster then the world's faster jet. Which considering how futuristic the Raildex verse is that's really impressive. However, I need to note that she can't move at that level. Outside of her powers she's just a peak human at her age. She can take far more of a beating then a normal person and her stamina is beyond human. Having gone an entire week without eating and less then a few hours sleep, while wiping out labs left and right and she was still able to take on ITEM and beat them. She can amplify her speed using magnetism but if she requires immense speed she risks hurting herself in the process, since she has to effectively fling herself at something metal at very fast speeds.

OOC: Hmmm, thats a tough one. I'd probably have to say no to an extent. Izayoi is absurdly powerful. Now I think Misaka could give him trouble to an extent. She can take on people who are immensely strong such as when she took on a half saint/half Valkyrie. Which Saints are no joke in the Raildex verse. Its hard to say I suppose. I feel like Izayoi is just far too strong in too many categories to say she could beat him. I think she could put up a fight against him though. Misaka is extremely fcking adaptable.

Very rarely. I try and distance that as much as possible . Since I'm rping a character, not myself. Though I am still human at the end of the day. So ill admit that I do sometimes end up inserting my feelings a bit into my roleplay. But its something I really try to avoid most times.

Ramlethal x Misaka happening would have been a lot of fun. Especially since it was really building up to that for a long time until that Sin showed up. I'm still somewhat sad it didn't happen as I thought the character development that happened between our two characters was really nice. Having an active Kuroko who I could rp with a lot and ship together would be fun too.. I actually ship Misaka x Kuroko IRL so it would be fun to fulfill the ship.

Absolutely. There are a ton of great verses out there that could really use some love. People should definitely try and support other verses. Hell, my main account is Misaka but I avidly support the fck out of over a dozen other verses.

Yeah definitely. I love Ramlethal to pieces. Shes a total sweetheart, but I sometimes wished she'd loosen up a little. I think she gets a little more bothered by things then she should :P but thats just me.

Uhhh yeah yeah I really do. It annoys the fck out of me how many shtty dbz characters flood the ani website. Like look, I like me some dbz as much as the next guy. Hell I'll even go out of my way to defend it usually, but even I know that the last time DBZ was ever well written at all, was the cell saga. The show very much hit its peak during the Frieza saga. That entire saga was excellent with amazing foreshadowing and great build up. Like,. look man there is an inherent problem when the abridged version of a series, is mostly better written then the series they are abridging, just saying.

Ramlethal. Lilith, Medaka, Chris, and Joe. You won't know the last two by their names but those two are literally like brothers to me. I would do anything for them. They mean the world to me and I straight up love them to pieces. As for the first three, they are all just really awesome girls. Like seriously awesome. Ramlethal is blunt and funny, but also sweet and caring. Lilith is a wonderful person, a total badass, and one of the best moms I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her kids are very lucky! Medaka is just a bundle of joy! She knows her character well, is adorable as all get out, and is a ton of fun to see posting.

"I learned that Medaka is as scary as the rumors stated. I also learned that I simply can't bring myself to seriously hurt Ram...with Medaka I was able to push past my feelings a bit because she had such an insanely strong regen factor."
"This is Jack-O! How did the fight go with Ramlethal? What is the hardest thing to do when dealing with her? Did she kind of went beyond your expectations?!"
"As I expected my feelings for her kept me from really going the full mile against her. Unlike Medaka, Ramlethal doesn't have a super strong regen factor. I would have to have done way more damage to her then I could bring myself to do. As for her performance, she put up the kind of fight I expected. Though her refusal to fight me up close was kind of surprising."
