Well if your goal is to bulk up and put on some muscle 40:40:20 that should be your ratio of carbs proteins and gats (40% of total calories you need for your current weight from protein and carbs and 20% from fats) But if your goal is fat loss and regaining definition 65?ts:30%protein:5?rbs.By minimizing your carbs to 5% of your total caloric intake which is about 50g or less your body enters a fat burning state called "Ketosis" It uses Body Fat and Dietary fat for energy (Almonds, olive oil, unsalted butter etc..) this is one of the most efficient ways to burn fat. The first 3 days are a pain in the as* but you get used to it and love the results. Peanut butter is a great source of protein and fats preferably pre bed time although my name on fb is a joke.Carbs do aid recovery due to its anabolic effect (Spikes insulin)

Lateral raises, Dumbbell shoulder press and incline bench press will definitely have a great impact on your shoulders.But here's the thing give all of your body parts equal attention when you start focusing on your chest for example and neglecting everything else it just comes off as retarded and ugly.So never under train any part of your body because in the end you workout to look good not to look retarded
Never needed/had a trainer just dug up some info online and went on from there. And all that junk food and etc.. is definitely more expensive than clean food long term. Never really cared about the abs either they just pop out when you're Body fat is low enough in combination with the a good muscular base
