Medaka did know before hand yes. She figured it out rather early. She played the prank on everyone not just Ankoku. She wanted to see what people thought and would say. But yes Hero-kun's confession was a bit cheesy and desperate, still she found it sweet.

Medaka is my waifu in RL but I will say I draw a lot of similarities to her character. Interesting question. But I would say this is false, even in Rias' own universe/series as devils can't kill a dragon in their universe. If it was possible I would say yes, but due to Issei being a dragon and her most powerful 'player' I do not think this is true.

I use them whenever possible. I do prefer fighting with fists over just standing their and letting other abilities go to work.

Who would win. Superboy Prime or Medaka? xD Biri_Biri
That one is hard to say. that character Superboy prime has some how become irregular. He's a physical level character yet he somehow is immune to most low level hax and even beat the crap out of a really powerful hax character but he couldn't kill him. Same would apply to Medaka her hax wouldn't really affect him (I don't even know how he is immune to them) But he couldn't kill Medaka due to her immortality.
However Medaka is resourceful and is creative. Technically she can out speed him be taking away time with all fiction for her to move making her instantly fast. Even someone like Superboy Prime has never reached those levels of speed. Though he is Immune to hax directly affecting him not anything else around him. It can go either way but Superboy Prime doesn't have the means to keep Medaka dead.

I would personally consider Misaka more of a continent buster possible world buster myself. Since she has no size limit on what she can use as ammo for her Railgun. Anyways, Misaka vs Magneto who do you think wins?
I don't know too much about her level of destruction. I never seen her series so I can't comment. As for Magneto I think Electric abilities or energy has no effect on him at all.

Obviously she is stronger than she looks. Strength wise she is about mid level tier which is pretty damn high. If you want me to say what Mid level is. it's basically a rank that is from people who can wipe out cities or several buildings. Others who go into this category are Laxus (Fairy tail and another electric user) I would love to see Misaka vs Laxus.

Misaka is powerful but saying if she is a match for me or Ram. Thats like saying what's the difference between a tank and a nuclear bomb. Ram is the tank and myself the nuclear bomb. Even Ram herself knows how much Medaka out powers her by. Really I know Misaka's really strong but I don't think she can wipe out stars which is Ram's strongest feat I believe. Buttt that does not mean Misaka can't beat Ram I don't think Ram is immune to electricity she has nerve endings and a brain like any living creature.
If Misaka got really creative with her electric power she could beat Ram. She can manipulate electricity even in the body she could shut down Ram's whole body or brain, but doing that for too long would kill her. As for me? well All-fiction makes it hard to kill me, I'm essentially Immortal, plus if I do not want to be hit I can't be hit not matter how hard you try due to an ability called 'encouner' It stops all damage done to me be it physical, mental or emotional.
