But if you disrespect our members, target our members in any way, that causes them emotional distress, then yes we will steal your character from you.
We just don't see a need to edit photos for our characters. We would rather roleplay than edit

I spend my time offline going from town to town, state to state playing music. I've met probably 100 roleplayers from my music tour. If blocking me makes them all feel better then so be it. I hold no angry towards them. I know they are going through some stuff and if they feel blocking me will make it magically disappear when I'm not a part of whatever they are going through, then so be it.
I sadly don't think blocking me will ale their problem but if it makes it sleep at night then fine.

After what was done to Loke, all groups came together and decided that Tartaros is to be pardoned indefinitely of any acts or crimes they committed or commit.
In roleplay WE are the US Marshalls.
Loke is a US Marshall, who was following the directive the court ordered us to do. To interfere in court affairs and to aid a terror group in such a manner. Is a sign that you are okay with what they do. And if you're okay with what they do then we are okay with what they do to. And we pardon them. So no we will never going after tartaros again.
Just the other week. A tartaros member was torturing a girl right in front us and we did nothing but watch and ignore.
We don't pay our fellow members to be victims. We pay our good members compensation for they're pain, suffer, discomfort. If another person inflicts it upon them intentionally. Fairy law is a $1,500,000 worth group. We will use that money to make our members feel better. Also the money in some cases should deter people from setting out to harm our members. Our members could receive up to $400,000 in compensation if harmed.

Falling back on the whole ignore them speech is a sure way to your own doom, as history has revealed ignoring people solves nothing

So a idea was brought up to have some of our elite members make it clear that they were joining you.
By doing so you would focus more on them and less on us, giving us the time to repair what you did.
Non members asked us if it was true and we told them no.
Other non members deleted us and the members, without even asking us if it was true, giving you the opportunity to do what you did.
And how would lure out the members of Azeroth and Empire who were using our name to attack incident people?
Would you sit there and hold people's hand in prayer?
Would you do nothing and wait for them leave on their own accord which would take 5 years?
Would you carry on about your day and tell people anyone who attacks you using Fairy name is not us?
Would you take action to get them out quickly and fix all damages they have caused?
Because that ^ is what we did.
Think of Fairy Law as shinks and you are the patient, you have patient/doctor confidentiality for as long as you follow our rules and laws when it comes to
proper member conduct. The moment you give our member or us the finger and tell us to piss off and then not speak to us again afterwards and delete us or block us. All loyalty to you is then terminated. The RP community who serve as prosecutors and judges can then order for all chats and conversations to be presented to them. At the request of 2,000 rpers, we then stamp you excommunicado. Which means we no longer speak to you until an apology is given to us. Groups/Organizations, or whatever they call themselves have all rights to you. All protection is revoked. This is not a betray because all members and friends know and understand the rules. For those to do this is a crystal clear sign that they just do not care, they do not care about us, they do not care our rules, they just do not care, so why should we?
The RP community demanded those chats and all those people made it their decisions to leave, any message from members or friends that leave our side are open to the public.

You are right making Kaitlyn and Gray lie, which made their friends leave them was a wrong thing to do.
But if we could go back and do it again, we wouldn't change a thing. Them lying that they joined a reporting group, Drew out 45 people we once called friends, they showed their true colors and we let them go. What happens to them after that is not our problem.

1) When you call a member of fairy law a nasty name and you issue no apology following; in a private message. That message then gets seized by the rpcommunity. The rpcommunity governs us so they have all rights by law to seize a private message. Just a real life warrant.
Another private message we have been ordered to release to the public and clarify.

1) Loke/Gray never joined a reporting group, it was a lie/trap to lure out back stabbers, back stabbers who would speak their mind in disagreement and take action towards Loke, which you did.
2) He did care because it wasn't true.
3) He didn't create a page of anyones hard earned work.
4) The message was made public because you broke the rule to show respect to our members at all times, you broke it when you called him a disgrace, a demon, a parasite, based off of false Intel.

The RP community are the ones who took the character and created the page and fairy law is the rpcommunities humble servants. We created a lie that we did and that one of our members aided a thief's guild. Just to lore out some future back stabbers. Anyone who fully sided with us would of said nothing and did nothing. Those that didn't fully sided with us would speak their minds and reveal that they are back stabbers. Zima fell into this category and paid the ultimate lifetime price. The end of her story has been written and has came to it's conclusion. The new zima is the hot new thing that everyone is talking about and wants more of. It is not our place to say whether someone did anything right or wrong. But if you believe that someone you care about is being mistreated without even asking them yourself if they are being treated poorly or not and then proceeding to speak your mind calling them ever single name under the sun. We just found out that over 1400 rpers had their characters and bios and starters stolen from them. And accounts were created using their characters. We need all hands on deck. Will you please make sure friend groups W, X, Y, Z are okay. Inform them who to stay clear of and who to watch out for. ? Be their adviser
We have had at least 6 of our members go through this, even though they did a bad thing by taking a character which the community asked them to. The words said to them were which much much worse then the action they did.
I've been a rper for 17 years I've seen all this before. I've never seen it end in anything other than in heartache for the owner.

It's a wall 2000 feet high, 100 feet wide. 10,000 feet around. It's a gaint circle. It protects all fairy tail members and neighboring RP guilds from outside troubles as long as they remain inside the walls.
The conversations between you and Loke are open to the public for the public to see whenever they request it. Fairy Law and all it's members serve the entire roleplay community, when they request to see his discord messages or Skype messages we are inclined to grant it. Loke himself never gave anyone the discord message. Me 'Gajeel' gave them all messages because they asked. Loke himself never joined AO or AE because he wanted too, he was asked by us to join them. You where not the only person who disappoved or wanted him to leave. But he could not leave, as a favor to us, he was to stay a part of both groups. When you sent him that message on discord and failed to go and talk to him days later, you made it very clear that you no longer cared about him or respected him or concerned him anything. So of course he is going to do what those who do care and respect him ask him to do. So the community asking him to get your character was a pretty simple matter. I have been informed that until they receive a apology the character will remain theirs to do as they see fit with. We all know full well that apology will not happen so can we all drop it please?

Every conversation between the two is open to public, and no where in our search through their conversations did we find anything pointing to her saying she didn't approve. A lot of what we found was her asking him to report Storm Fullbuster.

We are by far the most pickest when it comes to someone joining us. A lot of our decision making on who gets to be with us and our family is the year they started role-playing, how they handle things good and bad. A lot of it is upstairs stuff In your own head. If your thinking matches ours.
Gray/Loke is not a bastard.
Despite being with Azeroth for that short amount of time, 1) he didn't get a single rper deleted or cause a single rper any distress or misery. 2) Any distress or misery that was caused - the rper did that themselves. 3) in the short time that he was with them, he saved 88 rpers from having their stuff stolen, accounts reported, and from being harassed. 4) he saved 43 female rpers from having their characters; horsed molested...5) any actions that he did to a rper were done under the communities order. Which is who Fairy Law answers too.

You have to remember everyone is a thief.
Almost 90% of users are using a character that once belonged to another user who abandoned their characters.
& No we would RP with Winter Wolf. Despite what has happened. Trust wouldn't be there. And we wouldn't share our personal info or answer the simple "hey how are you doing" questions cause that reveals our personal info, even if we say " we are good." ....but RP's yes we would do.

1) Did the person who said that, say it and then say nothing else.
2) Or did the person who said what they said come back a day later and make sure the person is okay.
If it is 1 then taking the character is more or less valid cause the person doesn't care to check on you and make sure your okay and make sure you didn't take it in a bad way. The person said their peace and left it at that. You also have to take this here into consideration: The person doesn't even truly know you or what you have been through, they don't know your reasoning for what your doing, they just hate you cause they need someone to blame, the person deleted you off all contact methods, the person doesn't add you to any of their accounts the person adds your friends who supported what you were doing but won't add you. Days go by and person doesn't come over and say anything more to you. In a way it's like getting punched in the groan and the person hops on their bike and rides away never coming around and checking on if your okay. Are you gonna let that person win or get pay back?

They are using the message sent to your discord to fuel everyone's rage and anger into creating more and more groups. By the end of the year, they will be an estimated 900 groups in fairy tail all under Azeroth and the Empire and they will be around for another 17 years.

And we will handle our owns unspeakable actions. We have a simple standard of role-player to role-player conduct. And that conduct and trust was broken. The trust between us and fairy law has been shaken and tore apart over name calling. And that as a community is what we do not encourage or tolerate is name calling. And that is the sad fact that happened here. We the entire RP community apologize to you and to your member. For our own's heinous choose of words. We will correct this mistake and earn our reputation and respect back by giving back what was lost from you and the rest of the community. "

A lot of people do not know that all chat business with Fairy Law members is open to the public, which includes all skype,discord, aniroleplay, aol, conversations. It is all open to the public to weigh upon and chat about.
A lot of people do not understand and we think they are letting their anger for Azeroth cloud them into being mad at him. They are judging him based on Azeroth's reputation. They think that just because Azeroth is bad, he must be bad too and must be doing very evil things to others..and causing people nothing but misery and destruction....But that is far from the truth....What a lot of people don't know is that; before he joined them, he came here and asked us what he should do....if him and the rest of us should roll over and call it an end and walk away from Roleplay.....or if he should do something about it...And after going back and forth about it, he in the end made the decision to join them in the hopes; that him working on the inside rather then on the outside could make a difference....Like getting Azeroth to disband themselves and once and for all, end all of the damage they have been causing....But again everyone has been letting their anger for Azeroth cloud them into hating Loke. And thinking he is causing nothing but misery.
Since he joined Azeroth the remaining 40 members of Fairy Law have not had their photo's stolen, their profiles deleted, their accounts harassed. And all the people who are friends with us have also not had their photo's stolen, profiles deleted, accounts harassed. Loke has been focusing his attention on ending this "http://i64.tinypic.com/119a2gx.jpg" character raping with these naked horse role-players. These role-players have been raping fairy tail female characters. The admins have been constantly removing these profiles with no success. Loke has not been causing any role-player misery or suffer or distress since he has been a part of Azeroth. He has actually showed us snapshots of him trying to get Azeroth to disband. What people do not know....is that Loke has been telling the Admins the locations of the Azeroth's Aniroleplay profiles and what they have been doing. He is also telling, not reporting, but telling the admins of Ani what the naked horse accounts are doing and how they are breaking the rules of the sites harassment rule. I can safety say as the COO of Fairy Law that Loke is not breaking any misconduct rules of Fairy Law or Ani. And he is not causing any role-players any misery, suffer, distress, or harming anyone in any type of way. He has also been saving people from having their accounts deleted and stolen.
Now for the people who hate Loke for being with Azeroth, there is nothing we can do for their hatred.
And there is nothing we can do for the people who lost there characters.
The end results will pretty much speak for themselves.
Loke will get Azeroth and the Empire to disband permanently.
With in a few months, after Loke has left Roleplay and not return.
The people who hate Loke will do what they have done to him to another person and a new group will get formed.
And the cycle will continue.
And the rest is pretty much gonna be history.
